Job summary

ConFlip in Khawr Fakkan, UAE is seeking a passionate Chef to lead meal preparation and presentation to the highest standards of quality, hygiene and safety. The role offers a monthly salary of 1500 AED.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Chef or related role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus in consultation with colleagues.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Order ingredients as needed to ensure meal quality.
• Oversee kitchen staff’s performance, providing coaching and mentorship when required.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate availability of ingredients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and introduce new recipes.
