Job summary

Duncan & Ross in Ras Al Khaimah invites an experienced Joinery & Fitout Draughtsman to detail and prepare shop drawings for high-end interior projects, including hotel interiors. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with project managers and site engineers, and ensure drawings comply with UAE standards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field, 8–10 years UAE/GCC experience in joinery, proficiency in AutoCAD, and strong communication. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Architecture Interior Design Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in joinery and fitout drafting in the UAE/GCC.
• Must have hands-on experience in high-end buildings or hotel projects preferred in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent knowledge of shop drawing preparation for interior fitout works.
• Solid understanding of interior construction detailing finishes and joinery fabrication techniques.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel interior standards and requirements is a plus.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
