Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Draftsman in interior fit-out projects.
• Experience in décor works, false ceilings, gypsum partitions, and interior finishing.
• Knowledge of Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings working drawings and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop technical drawings for decor gypsum partitions, false ceilings and related interior works.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues.
• Revise drawings based on project changes, site conditions and client comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations and company standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in material quantity take-offs and preparation of technical documentation when required.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
