Job summary

Division 9 Interior Design LLC in Fujairah is looking for skilled individuals to join their team as part of a restructuring effort aimed at meeting market demand. The role requires a diploma in design or architecture and at least 3 years of experience in the joinery and fit-out industry.

The successful candidate will execute a variety of responsibilities including preparing shop drawings and detailed plans, as well as preparing as-built drawings. Excellent English language skills are necessary, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the interior design field.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and detailed drawings.
• Knowledge of safety and aesthetics in design, compliant with UAE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and detailed drawings for joinery & interior fit-out.
• Execute interior works according to design specifications.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and detailed shop drawings for mainly joinery & interior fit‑out.
• Prepare free‑hand section details for site personnel.
• Prepare the material list.
• Execute interior works as per design.
• Prepare and draw shop drawings as per site conditions and BOQ.
• Prepare and draw plans.
• Prepare as‑built drawings as per site conditions.
• Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Design/Architecture/Civil preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Knowledge in Interior Design/Joinery/Fit‑Out industry.
• Self‑reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modelling, Photoshop, Adobe, Microsoft Office.
• Design knowledge for Safety & Aesthetics, following UAE Authority Guidelines.
• General knowledge of the interior fit‑out/joinery industry & competition.
• Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, fit‑out detailing, specifications, suppliers & materials.
• Excellent English language skills – verbal & written.
• Can join immediately.
• Portfolio required.
