Job summary

We Shape Spaces Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced interior fit-out draftsman to produce drawings from concept through as-built. You will coordinate with design, site, and PM teams to ensure accuracy and timely submission of drawings for approvals.

The role requires proven experience in interior fit-out drafting, strong knowledge of authority submission drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD, with a good understanding of UAE fit-out codes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in interior fit-out drafting.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out submission drawings for authority approvals.
• DDA (Dubai Development Authority) approval experience – advantage.
• DM (Dubai Municipality) approval experience – advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and site teams.
• Good understanding of UAE fit-out codes and approval workflows.
