Job summary

MTG ACOUSTICS in Dubai is seeking a professional with strong drafting skills to prepare detailed shop drawings and coordinate with project engineers and teams. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, along with 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience.

This position requires excellent AutoCAD skills and a strong understanding of interior finishing details. You will ensure compliance with project specifications and support technical submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings
• Prepare coordinated drawings with MEP and architectural services
• Produce as-built drawings
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams
• Review IFC drawings and prepare material take‑offs
• Update drawings based on consultant comments and site changes
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Support technical submissions and project documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
• 3–4 years of UAE interior fit‑out drafting experience
• Excellent AutoCAD skills; Revit knowledge is an advantage
• Good understanding of interior finishing details
• Knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery, and acoustic systems is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
