Job summary

AUJAN Interior Decoration LLC in Dubai is hiring an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, reads shop drawings, leads a team, and upholds HSE standards to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years as a Fit-Out Supervisor or Foreman.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and site workers.
• UAE interior fit-out experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities on site
• Manage manpower according to project requirements
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Supervise gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry, and joinery works
• Coordinate with MEP teams to prevent clashes and minimize rework
• Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and material usage
• Identify site issues and work with engineering to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements
• Monitor daily progress and submit site status reports
• Assist with snagging, rectification, and final handover
