Job summary

Aujan Interiors in Dubai is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out works across projects in Dubai. You will supervise daily on-site activities, coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors and other trades, and ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in interior fit-out, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision or foreman role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing workers.
• UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at site.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and other trades.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Supervise gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry and joinery works.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and productivity on site.
• Check materials and ensure proper usage and minimum wastage.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team for solutions.
• Ensure workers follow HSE and site safety requirements.
• Monitor daily progress and report site status to management.
• Assist with snagging, rectification and final handover.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor / Foreman
• Strong experience in interior fit-out projects
• Good knowledge of construction and fit-out methods
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings
• Experience managing workers and coordinating multiple trades
• Good understanding of MEP coordination
• UAE experience in interior fit-out is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
