Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UAE seeks a Temporary Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for the Assurance line across the Middle East. You will partner with Directors, manage a small in-house team, and drive manpower planning, sourcing, and selection for experienced hires and graduates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at Manager level or above in recruitment
• In-house recruitment experience essential, agency background advantageous
• Knowledge of Professional Services and Big 4 environments
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region recruitment landscape
• Experience with recruitment technologies (ATS) and psychometric testing is advantageous
• Proven ability to source top talent via job boards and social media (LinkedIn/Facebook)
• Experience in manpower planning, succession planning and employer branding

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and Partners to determine annual recruitment needs and campaigns
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, assessments, interviewing and onboarding
• Manage a small in-house recruitment team and coordinate with market HC for regional campaigns
• Ensure adherence to best practices, processes and employer branding across the region
• Support Graduate Recruitment, Intern and Nationalisation initiatives as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and deliver high-quality candidate experiences
