PwC seeks a Recruitment Manager – Advisory to partner with Consulting & Deals in the Middle East, leading end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, and on-boarding. You will manage a small team, coordinate with market HC, and ensure adherence to recruitment best practices across the region.

The role emphasizes a service-minded in-house recruitment approach, delivering quality candidate experiences and promoting PwC employer branding within Advisory.

Competenze

• Experienceproactive, delivery-focused recruitment professional (or HR generalist with recruitment background)
• HR Generalist or Recruitment specialist with 3+ years at Manager level or above
• In-house recruitment experience essential; agency background advantageous
• Professional services and/or Big 4 expertise and knowledge essential
• Knowledge and experience of the Middle East Region required
• Experience and expertise in selection techniques including competency-based interviewing and running assessment centres
• HR or Recruitment qualifications (e.g., CIPD, psychometric testing) advantageous
• Experience using psychometric testing in selection advantageous
• Knowledge of manpower planning, organisational design and succession planning advantageous
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes required

• Working with Directors and Partners to ascertain annual recruitment needs and ensure campaigns align with manpower plans and approvals
• Pro-active, delivery-focused recruitment professional maintaining regular communication with internal clients to build strong relationships
• HR Generalist or Recruitment specialist with 3+ years experience at Manager level or above
• Experience of in-house recruitment essential, including managing small teams; agency background advantageous
• Professional Services and/or Big 4 expertise and knowledge essential
• Knowledge of the Middle East Region required
• Experience with recruitment technology and ATS (e.g., Oracle) essential
• Experience sourcing top-quality candidates online via Job Boards and Social Media (LinkedIn/Facebook) with online recruitment campaigns
• Experience and expertise of selection techniques including group exercises, case studies and analytical exercises
• Professional HR or Recruitment qualifications such as CIPD, psychometric testing considered advantageous
• Knowledge of manpower planning, organisational design and succession planning advantageous
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes required
