Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a NOC Coordinator in the UAE to coordinate with NOC entities, prepare and resubmit documents, and maintain the NOC register for progress tracking.

The role requires experience in Gulf/Oil & Gas EPC projects, and the ability to liaise with engineering teams and third-party agencies. Immediate joiners are preferred and a mechanical engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in NOC/Interface coordination in oil & gas environments.
• Experience with uploading documents to NOC portals and coordinating with third party agencies.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NOC entities to complete documents and obtain clearance.
• Keep and update NOC Register and track progress.
• Prepare documents and resubmissions as required.
• Communicate with third party agency coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering team to update drawings and documents.
• Arrange meetings with NOC teams, third parties, and clients; prepare agendas and minutes.

Job description

Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents issues and its clearance.Keep a record for each NOC and its progress.Identify the Client requirements pertaining to NOC Interface and Prepare documents and its resubmission as required.Make mails calls to third party agency coordinator to understand their actual requirements and response.Keeping NOC Register and its updating.Preparing NOC documents drawings calculation using project team and consultant as required.Speaking skills in English Arabic.Experience in uploading NOC portals of different entities.Coordinating with other contractor for interface issues.Coordinating with Engineering team to update the changes in the engineering documents drawings.Arranging meeting with NOC team third party entities Clients etc.Preparing agenda and minutes of all NOC and Interface meetings.Basic knowledge about google earth Arch GIS.Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria: Maximum age limit is 49 years.For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.Managerial and SR. Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
