Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a logistics professional to manage daily vehicle dispatches and returns across Mumbai, Chennai, and Kochi. You will maintain records of vehicle assignments, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in vehicle coordination or fleet management, familiarity with transport regulations, and proficiency with fleet software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in vehicle coordination, fleet management, or similar logistical role.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily dispatch and return of vehicles across Mumbai, Chennai and Kochi.
• Maintain records of vehicle assignments, mileage, fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with mechanics and service centers to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with legal and safety regulations including registrations, insurance and fitness certificates.

Manage the daily dispatch and return of vehicles ensuring timely and efficient operations across Mumbai Chennai and Kochi Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle assignments mileage fuel consumption and maintenance schedules Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs liaising with mechanics and service centers to minimize downtime Ensure all vehicles comply with legal and safety regulations including valid registrations insurance and fitness certificates High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vehicle coordination, fleet management, or a similar logistical role.Familiarity with transportation regulations and basic vehicle maintenance principles.Proficiency in using fleet management software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria:Maximum age limit is 49 yearsFor managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions:A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
