Responsibilities

• Provide superior service and advice to clients on insurance products and risk management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Assist in developing tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
• Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
• Support senior team members in complex account management tasks and projects.
