Job summary

Marsh launches an Early Careers Program - FINPRO MENA in the UAE. As a recent graduate, you will join the FINPRO MENA team in Dubai's DIFC and begin your career in Financial Lines, insurance broking, and market analysis.

You will be mentored, participate in structured learning, build client relationships, and contribute to market research while developing the skills and confidence to thrive in the region's dynamic risk market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (or equivalent background).
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction.
• Results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement.
• Assist broking and placement activities as you develop market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
• Contribute to market research and analysis informing our strategy.
• Participate in training and development programs.

• A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles
• Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients
• A results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services, or risk management
• Prior internship or exposure to banking, finance, or insurance sectors
• Arabic and/or French language skills
• Understanding of Power BI and advanced AI tools
