Job summary

Marsh is seeking a motivated Assistant Broker in Dubai to join our dynamic team. You will handle a mix of account management and broking, delivering quality advice on insurance products and risk exposure.

You will work with the sales team to drive growth, tackle problems, and complete tasks with guidance from senior members. A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, broking, or related role.
• Good understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and advice to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
• Assist in the development and delivery of tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring all documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
• Analyze client risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing our services and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice.
• Support senior team members in complex account management tasks and projects.
