Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales professional to own a sales quota and drive revenue for Parcel Insurance. You will develop territory strategies, engage high-potential accounts, and lead presentations from discovery to close.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B insurance/parcel sales, strong CRM skills (Salesforce), and an ability to negotiate contracts. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Direct experience selling parcel, shipping, freight, or cargo insurance.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of the parcel/shipping insurance market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
