Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
• Present and explain policy features, benefits, pricing, and coverage details
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
• Process applications, policy updates, and documentation accurately
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide post-sale customer support and handle inquiries or claims guidance
• Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business, finance, marketing, or a related field).
• Fluency in English & Hindi
