Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain one.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer support or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate sales leads and identify customer needs.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools.
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.
