Job summary

HUB International is seeking a customer service and sales professional to handle high-volume calls, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with client accounts. You will provide accurate information, support quota attainment, and maintain detailed interaction records across CRM systems.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, effective communication, and contributing to a high-performing team within an insurance brokerage context.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain one.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer support or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
