Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Control engineer to plan and supervise maintenance activities across a range of systems. The role requires coordination with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure continuous, reliable plant performance.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics and at least 6 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6 years of experience in instrument and control engineering and maintenance in a large industrial setting, preferably Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrument and control systems.
• Coordinate with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning of systems.
• Provide field support for critical maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Allocate manpower for daily preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
• Monitor material, spares, consumables and tools to ensure availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and non-scheduled shutdowns to improve reliability.
