Job summary

ADNOC seeks to plan and supervise maintenance activities for a wide range of instrument and control systems within the plant. The role involves coordinating with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning and minimal downtime.

The position requires a Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics, with about 6 years of experience in instrument and control engineering and maintenance in a large industrial setting, preferably Oil & Gas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics discipline or equivalent Professional Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrument and control systems.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning of systems.
• Provide field technical support for critical maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate workload and allocate manpower for daily preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance.
• Monitor materials, spares, consumables and tools to ensure continuous availability.
• Conduct root cause analyses of failures and non-scheduled shutdowns to improve reliability.
