Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Control Engineer to plan and supervise maintenance of instrument and control systems in our Abu Dhabi plant. You will coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable operation and minimum downtime.

The role requires at least 6 years of experience in instrument and control engineering within a large industrial setting, preferably oil and gas, plus a Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation and control or electronics.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in instrumentation and control or electronics required.
Minimum 6 years of experience in instrument and control engineering and maintenance in a large industrial organization, preferably oil & gas.
Strong ability to plan, supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with operations and other teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrument and control systems in the plant.
Coordinate with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable functioning.
Provide technical field support for critical maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Evaluate and allocate manpower for daily preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
Monitor materials, spares, and tools to ensure availability and quality.
Contribute to root cause analysis of equipment failures and downtime.
