Job summary

Match-Trade Technologies in Dubai is seeking an Institutional Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker) to drive new business in the Forex and CFD space. The role focuses on expanding the broker client base, leveraging your regional network and deep product knowledge.

You will present trading technology and payment solutions, manage relationships from lead to close, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to meet targets in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, BD, or account management within Forex/CFD or financial services.
• Experience selling CFD liquidity, trading technology, or other B2B brokerage solutions preferred.
• Existing network within brokerage/fintech or institutional trading is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via personal network and industry events.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Present products and solutions to prospective clients both remotely and in person.
• Prepare business plans targeting the Dubai region and broader MENA.
• Engage with clients via email, phone, and social media; collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.
• Stay updated on industry developments and represent the company at events and client meetings.

We are looking for an Institutional Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai to join our growing team.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry
• Experience selling CFD liquidity, trading technology, or other B2B brokerage solutions is highly preferred
• An existing network within the brokerage, fintech, or institutional trading industry is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of FX business, CFD specifics in a target region
• Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required (additional languages would be viewed as an asset)
• Experience in selling payment solutions or technology to brokers would be viewed as an asset
• Based in Dubai, willingness to travel (events/exhibitions and other networking opportunities)
