HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a motivated Trading Solutions Analyst to be the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through ongoing account management. You will build lasting relationships, resolve service issues, and support business growth through proactive client engagement in a regulated environment.

This role sits within a brokerage setting; candidates with CFD/FX brokerage, derivatives brokerage, or institutional prime brokerage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years in CFD/FX brokerage, brokerage ops, fintech, or trading ops.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
• Manage relationships with institutional and B2B clients and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee onboarding, KYC, and regular compliance reviews of client accounts.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client data in the CRM and document interactions.
• Identify opportunities to support client growth and product adoption.
• Assist in client training sessions, webinars, and product demos.
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.

Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trading Solutions Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from onboarding through ongoing account management. You will play a key role in building lasting client relationships, resolving service issues, and supporting business growth through proactive client engagement. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, financial industry experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a regulated environment.

This role sits within a brokerage environment — candidates with direct experience at a CFD/Forex broker, derivatives broker, or institutional prime brokerage will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Support and manage relationships with institutional and B2B clients, ensuring high-quality service and timely execution of requests.
• Manage the full client lifecycle - including onboarding, account setup, KYC documentation, and regular compliance reviews.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Finance) to deliver seamless client support and service resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system, ensuring complete documentation of all client interactions.
• Proactively manage client accounts, identifying opportunities to support client growth and product adoption.
• Assist in conducting client training sessions, webinars, and product demonstrations to enhance client knowledge and engagement.
• Monitor client satisfaction and service quality metrics, escalating issues where necessary.
• Stay informed of product updates, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate and compliant client communication.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in CFD/FX brokerage, brokerage operations, fintech, trading operations, or technical client services.
• Solid understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and compliance requirements within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, including interaction between clients, brokers, liquidity providers, and third-party systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; hands-on experience supporting MT4/MT5 or similar brokerage trading platforms is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in a multicultural environment within the UAE is desirable.
• Holding ICWIM and UAE Financial Rules and Regulations certifications would be a strong advantage.
