Job summary

STARPRIME seeks a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its strategy across brand, content, social media, email marketing, events and demand generation for institutional clients.

Reporting to Head of Marketing and CEO, you will drive integrated campaigns, manage the marketing mix, and collaborate with global marketing to meet commercial objectives while ensuring compliance in financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years B2B or institutional financial services.
• Proven experience owning an integrated marketing mix: strategy, brand, content, social media, email marketing and events.
• Track record of B2B demand generation and pipeline contribution.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation with multiple senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver STARPRIME's annual marketing strategy aligned with targets.
• Define brand and value proposition for institutional audiences.
• Plan and run B2B demand-generation programmes to build a qualified pipeline with sales.
• Lead content, social media and PR in coordination with group functions.
• Own prospect nurture, client newsletters and product communications.
• Oversee the STARPRIME website and develop sales materials and proposals.
• Coordinate with Global Marketing on shared calendar and resources.
• Define marketing KPIs, track pipeline contribution and report results.
• Ensure marketing activity complies with regulations for institutional financial services.
