Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience in financial markets or proven interest in finance.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional client relationships and promote products to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
• Provide market insights and trade ideas to clients.
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Research, and Operations to serve clients.
• Prepare client reports on activity and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Occasional travel to meet clients and attend conferences.
