Job summary

Parker Connect in Dubai invites a seasoned Service Sales Coordinator to join our back-office team. You will support Service Sales Engineers, prepare quotations, monitor enquiries, process service orders, and manage CRM updates.

Strong English writing, Excel prowess, and client-focused communication are essential. The role requires at least 5 years in service/sales coordination, plus basic HVAC knowledge or technical background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service/sales coordinator role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC units / Technical Background preferred.
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PPT) is required.
• Good write up skills and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support to Service Sales Engineers.
• Preparing Service Quotation, AMC proposals in predefined formats
• Monitor Service Sales Enquiry on daily basis and maintain the records & follow ups.
• Service Order processing, Customer creation, Credit approvals, Service Sales Reports.
• Update service enquiries & proposals in CRM and generate reports
• Take the role of service sales engineer on their vacation or in delegation.
• Send quotes directly to the customer, ensure the acknowledgment, and clarify the queries raised by customer on products, scope, price, terms & conditions, and logistics.
• Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required.
• Manage contract documents, review terms & conditions and renew contracts
• Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time (enquiry to quotation)
• Follow up for renewals of maintenance contracts directly with customers.
• Preparing Proforma Invoice / Advance invoice
• Follow up payments if necessary
