Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Sales Support Engineer to assist the Projects Team with accurate quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination. The role requires technical understanding of electrical or mechanical products and the ability to liaise between sales, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 0-2 years' experience in sales coordination or project support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, quotation preparation, or project support.
• Experience in handling project-based sales preferred.
• Good in coordinating sales - coordinating with clients for timely delivery and order processing.
• Good communication Skill.
• Good knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical products.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects- follow up orders and payments.
• Strong relationship with MEP contractors & consultants within the industry.
• ERP Proficiency.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
• Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
• Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
