Job summary

Döhler GmbH is seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management professional in the UAE to lead sales support activities and coordinate pricing, quotations, and customer data. You will collaborate with pricing, sales, and divisions to optimize order processing and customer satisfaction. The role requires a bachelor degree, 8–10 years in sales support, and strong leadership.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. UAE residency is prioritized.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
8–10 years of experience in sales support, preferably in Food & Beverage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support range planning and define prices/conditions with Sales and Pricing.
Ensure customer complaints are processed properly with Notification Management and Sales colleagues.
Organise and support internal/external customer visits in consultation with divisions.
Prepare quotations quickly with Pricing and OM guidelines (minimum quantities, bulk prices, packaging, terms).
Implement and realise the regional customer service strategy.
Maintain and continuously update customer master data.
Enter and confirm orders after availability checks and processing.
Process samples on time considering throughput, delivery times and costs.
Monitor contracts, prices, orders, quantities, packaging and delivery terms regionally.
