Job summary

D hler GmbH in Dubai seeks a seasoned Sales Support leader to coordinate pricing, orders, and customer data across the region. You will work with Sales and Pricing to shape offers, maintain master data, and ensure timely order processing.

Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential for success in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required with Arabic a plus, and priority given to candidates currently in UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8–10 years in sales support, preferably in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, UAE residence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper support in range planning and definition of prices and conditions with Sales and Pricing.
• Ensuring customer complaints are processed properly and on time with Notification Management and Sales.
• Organising and supporting internal and external customer visits with involved divisions.
• Preparing quotations quickly with Pricing and basis on MOQ, bulk prices, charges, and terms.
• Implementing and realising the regional customer service strategy.
• Structuring customer master data and ensuring updates.
• Entering and confirming orders after checks and processing.
• Processing samples on time with Sales colleagues for throughput and costs.
• Regular customer-specific monitoring of contracts, prices, quantities, and delivery terms.

• Ensuring proper support in range planning and the definition of prices and conditions in collaboration with Sales and Pricing
• Ensuring that customer complaints are processed properly and on time in collaboration with Notification Management and the colleagues responsible in Sales
• Ensuring that internal and external customer visits are organised and supported in consultation with the divisions involved
• Ensuring that quotations are prepared quickly in collaboration with Pricing and on the basis of agreed minimum order quantities bulk prices extra packaging charges payment and delivery conditions etc
• Implementing and realizing the regional customer service strategy
• Implementing the best possible structure for customer master data and ensuring that customer master data is continuously updated
• Ensuring that orders are entered and confirmed in the system once availability checks and order processing have been carried out
• Ensuring that samples are processed on time taking into account the throughput and delivery times optimum number of samples and costs in collaboration with the colleagues responsible in Sales
• Ensuring regular customer-specific monitoring of contracts prices order quantities batch sizes delivery packaging and payment and delivery conditions and the creation of corresponding regional evaluations
