Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Executive - Inside Sales in the UAE. You will drive the full sales cycle, qualify leads, consult with customers, and present tailored proposals. Build lasting relationships, exceed targets, and maintain CRM records with high professionalism.

The role requires 4–5 years in inside sales, CRM proficiency, and automotive domain familiarity. A competitive, tax-free environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4–5 years of proven experience in inside sales or telesales
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurances, service/warranties, insurance and financing is a plus
• Proficient in CRM platforms
• Familiarity with automotive market and value-added services
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a knack for closing deals
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills to maximize sales outcomes
• Highly organized with aggressive follow-up capabilities to meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to manage and maintain high call volumes and closures

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify and qualify prospects using multiple lead sources
• Consult with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions
• Present tailored proposals and communicate via email, calls and texts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensure customers are offered best deals by understanding needs
• Act as trusted advisor and provide ongoing support
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions and outcomes
• Provide actionable feedback to sales management to improve offerings
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences and competitors
• Represent the Dubizzle Cars brand with professionalism and integrity
• Conduct sales activities with high ethical standards
