Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a result-driven telesales professional to promote products and services. You will engage high volumes of outbound calls and manage inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities, while maintaining a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

The role emphasizes hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets, excellent English communication, and strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction across our UAE markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
