Job summary

Star Plastics, LLC is looking for an Injection Molding Machine Operator to run injection moulding machines safely and efficiently on assigned shifts in a Dubai manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include achieving production targets, quality checks, material handling, basic machine maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role requires physical fitness and willingness to learn; rotating day/night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn may be considered.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines according to production requirements and SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to meet targets.
• Inspect moulded products for defects and report issues.
• Load raw materials, pack finished products, and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine checks; report breakdowns promptly.
• Keep the work area clean and safe; follow safety procedures.
