Qualifications

• CIPET/ITI background or equivalent with plastics processing exposure.
• 5–6 years hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing (if CIPET/ITI not held).
• Experience with mould changing, setting, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-preparation task for mould changing and set up machine as per product specs.
• Load moulds per SOP and set process to product specs.
• Contribute to achieving production targets via effective process control.
• Observe machines to identify abnormalities and take corrective action.
