Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment MENA L.L.C in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead country-level infrastructure strategy for Quick Commerce. You will own network and device standards, vendor governance, and infrastructure readiness for rapid site launches.

The role requires extensive technical program management experience and the ability to translate fast business growth into scalable infrastructure decisions. This is an on-site position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains and service delivery principles.
• Experience negotiating, influencing stakeholders, and solving problems with engineering teams.
• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Own country-level infrastructure strategy and establish architecture standards.
• Drive vendor selection and governance for Quick Commerce infrastructure.
• Define deployment playbooks and network architecture for site launches.
• Monitor network availability, device fleet health, and financial performance.
• Translate business growth priorities into technology infrastructure strategy.
