Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned program manager to own Quick Commerce infrastructure for the country, defining network strategy, vendor governance, and device standards. You will oversee a multi-site rollout, balance cost with performance, and partner with senior operations leadership to drive faster launches.

The role requires building scalable playbooks, governing vendor performance, and translating business priorities into an efficient infrastructure roadmap, across a diverse geography.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
• Experience managing large-scale projects from end to end
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (compute servers, storage, networks) and IT service delivery
• Experience managing conflicts, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others with engineering teams
• Experience driving continuous improvement with measurable results and reporting to senior leadership
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders or clients at various levels

Responsibilities

• Own the country-level network technology roadmap, vendor selection, and end-user devices cost/performance targets across all site types
• Define playbooks, architecture standards, and deployment sequencing for the country
• Own network availability outcomes, device fleet health, and financial governance across the country
• Translate business growth priorities into infrastructure strategy and surface performance insights, capacity risks, and cost tradeoffs
