The Real Estate Development Program Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from feasibility and planning through construction and facility launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor progress across multiple commercial real estate and infrastructure development projects to ensure delivery timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy within project management tools and reporting systems.
• Coordinate due diligence processes including environmental assessments, zoning approvals, permitting, and legal documentation.
• Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage purchase orders, verify project invoices, and support financial tracking for development initiatives.
