Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Material Inspector – Infrastructure Quality in Dubai to oversee material inspection and testing for civil infrastructure projects. You will verify that materials meet approved sources, manufacturers, and submittals, supervise field sampling, and witness testing in accordance with contractual requirements.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and documentation practices, with the ability to coordinate with contractors, laboratories

Qualifications

• Proven experience in material inspection and construction testing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs and test plans.
• Experience with QA/QC processes and non-conformance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials on site and prior to approval, storage or installation.
• Witness laboratory and field testing, and verify test frequencies and records.
• Review drawings, procedures and batch records to ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with inspectors, engineers and suppliers to resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain material registers, inspection records and test reports.
