Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor - Infrastructure to lead site surveying, setting out, and measurement for road and utility works on our infrastructure projects. The candidate should have 3–5 years of infrastructure construction experience, hands-on use of Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level, and a strong grasp of coordinate systems and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant infrastructure experience with roadworks and utilities.
• Hands-on experience with surveying for infrastructure projects, setting-out and as-built surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land and site surveys to establish positions, levels, and elevations for infrastructure projects.
• Carry out setting-out for roads, pavements, drainage networks, and utilities.
• Perform topographic and boundary surveys as required.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks, and reference levels per specifications.
• Operate surveying instruments including Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and Auto Level.
• Interpret drawings and coordinate schedules; verify dimensions against drawings.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy.
• Carry out pre-construction surveys and monitor earthworks and utilities installation.
• Prepare survey records and reports; maintain field books and coordinate lists.
• Identify discrepancies and report to engineering team; ensure equipment calibration.
