Job summary

Drake & Scull International is seeking a Land Surveyor to support site execution through setting-out, level control and as-built survey work on civil construction projects.

You will work closely with site teams, engineers and consultants to ensure lines, levels and coordinates are correct, using Total Station, Auto Level and GPS, and to deliver accurate survey documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS and survey data handling.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, road, utility or large site development projects.
• Ability to read drawings, coordinates, levels and site layout information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, reporting and site coordination skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D for survey coordination.
• Experience supporting high-rise or large-scale mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey reports, level records, setting-out records and as-built survey information.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and escalate them for technical resolution.
• Support consultant inspections, verification surveys and handover/as-built documentation.
