Job summary

Discovered MENA in Dubai seeks an IT Project Coordinator / Change Analyst to support the SAP team in driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and the rollout of large-scale IT systems.

You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders, craft communications, and coordinate workshops, training, and go-live activities for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in project coordination or change management with exposure to IT transformations or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders across functions.
• Certifications preferred: Prosci, ACMP, or CAPM/PMP.
