Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee our SAP transformation, acting as the internal client-side lead and ensuring governance across the SAP Activate phases.

You will manage co-existence between Oracle EBS and SAP and hold the SI accountable for deliverables, budgets, and quality gates. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in IT project management with 8+ years leading large SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred) and hold PMP/PRINCE2, SAP Activate

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT project management.
• 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Proven migration experience from Oracle EBS to SAP environments.
• Mandatory SAP Certifications along with PMP/PRINCE2 and SAP Activate certification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and conflict resolution in the GCC/Middle East market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client-side PMO for the SAP rollout and act as liaison between internal stakeholders and the SI.
• Apply SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
• Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during parallel Oracle EBS and SAP rollout.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee our SAP transformation. Acting as our internal client-side lead, you will hold our System Integrator (SI) accountable, manage co-existence between Oracle EBS and SAP, and drive governance using the SAP Activate framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Governance: Lead the client-side PMO for the group-wide SAP rollout, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the SI.
• Methodology Execution: Apply SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
• Co-existence Management: Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during a the parallel run of legacy Oracle EBS and SAP.
• Vendor Accountability: Track SI deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years in IT Project Management, with 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Migration Expertise: Proven track record in complex migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP environments.
• Certifications: SAP Professional Certifications are a MUST (along with mandatory PMP / PRINCE2 and SAP Activate certification).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and conflict resolution expertise within the GCC / Middle East market.
