This Project Manager Coordinator role sits within the Enterprise Architecture Department and supports the execution of digital transformation projects The role acts as the connective link between teams ensuring smooth workflows and clear communication across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans timelines and task trackers to ensure on-time delivery scheduling and facilitating meetings capturing action items and following up on deliverables The candidate will take full end-to-end ownership of the scope of work relentlessly tracking actions following up with stakeholders removing blockers and driving tasks to closure with clear accountability They will own project timelines and deliverables for digital initiatives bridge gaps between stakeholders to keep everyone aligned identify and mitigate risks resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed The role also covers reporting duties creating and maintaining reports for stakeholders and leadership tracking KPIs providing progress insights and preparing summaries and presentations on project status risks and outcomes Additional duties include supporting EA activities initiatives workshops and projects participating in Quality Assurance reviews monitoring the effectiveness of implemented processes against defined performance indicators and benchmarking against industry best practices The candidate will generate reports for senior management and executive leadership and will interact daily with relevant group members for operational and program project leadership while coordinating as required with business stakeholders internal customers PMO and Change Management teams on various projects and initiatives Developing and maintaining detailed project plans timelines and task trackers to ensure on-time delivery along with scheduling and facilitating meetings capturing action items and following up on deliverables It requires full end-to-end ownership of the scope of work relentlessly tracking actions following up with stakeholders removing blockers and driving all tasks and deliverables to closure with clear accountability The candidate will own project timelines tasks and deliverables for digital initiatives and bridge gaps between different project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned Risk and issue resolution is a key part of the scope identifying and mitigating risks resolving bottlenecks and escalating issues when needed Reporting responsibilities include creating and maintaining reports for stakeholders and leadership tracking KPIs providing progress insights and preparing summaries and presentations to communicate project status risks and outcomes The role also supports the coordination of enterprise architecture activities initiatives workshops and projects and includes participation in Quality Assurance reviews It further involves monitoring the effectiveness of implemented processes by verifying predefined performance indicators and benchmarking against industry best practices and standards and generating reports for senior management and executive leadership Minimum qualifications include a BSc in Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, extensive training in IT and planning techniques, and 5 to 10 years of IT experience, with PMP certification and prior oil/gas industry experience recommended. The ideal candidate has strong presentation and report writing skills, an excellent understanding of end-to-end IT processes, and the ability to manage change management processes across all levels. The role requires someone detail-oriented and thorough, capable of analyzing information and applying logic to resolve process-related issues, with advanced reporting skills. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills across all levels are essential, along with coordination skills to plan, organize, and orchestrate review sessions. The candidate must be able to identify and manage risks and issues, including appropriate escalation, and should be target-driven with demonstrated leadership skills.
