Job summary

Appsierra Group seeks an experienced IT PMO leader to drive the SAP rollout governance across group business units. You will interface with internal stakeholders and the System Integrator, ensuring alignment with SAP Activate and program milestones.

The role requires 12+ years in IT project management with SAP implementations and ERP migration experience, plus PMP/Prince2 and SAP Activate certifications. You will lead change, risk control, and vendor oversight in a complex GCC market.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years IT Project Management, with at least 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Migration Expertise: Track record in legacy ERP migrations (Oracle EBS to SAP).
• Certifications: PMP / Prince2 and SAP Activate certification required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder, conflict and vendor management in the Middle East / GCC market.

• Vendor Accountability: Track SI deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.

• Change & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional business leads, run steering committee reporting, and drive organizational change readiness.
