Job summary

AppSierra is seeking an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead the client-side PMO for a multi-year SAP rollout, interfacing with internal stakeholders and the System Integrator.

You will apply SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run, while managing risks and timelines for a parallel run of Oracle EBS and SAP. Strong ERP migration experience and PMP/Prince2 certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT project management experience; 8+ years leading large SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Migration experience from Oracle EBS to SAP environments.

• Methodology Execution: Apply SAP Activate methodology across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
• Co-existence Management: Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during the 3-year parallel run where legacy Oracle EBS and SAP co-exist.
• Vendor Accountability: Track SI deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates.
• Change & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional business leads, run steering committee reporting, and drive organizational change readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 12+ years of IT Project Management experience, with at least 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Migration Expertise: Demonstrated track record in legacy ERP migrations (specifically Oracle EBS to SAP environments).
• Certifications: PMP / Prince2 and SAP Activate certification required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and vendor management skills in the Middle East / GCC market.
