Job Description

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation including BRD, FRD, project plans, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Support the planning and execution of Smart Systems projects.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) where applicable.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure quality and accountability.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts across cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure proper change management and control processes are followed.
• Support Dynamics 365 project coordination and system enhancement initiatives.
• Support project handover, documentation, and transition to operations/support teams.
• Support change requests, testing coordination, and deployment planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in complex environments.
• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience working with vendors and managing third‑party deliverables.
• Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
