Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial equipment sales.
Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the UAE.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities across assigned territories.
Promote and sell industrial equipment to customers in manufacturing, construction, engineering and related industries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
