• Understand customer requirements and assist with suitable product recommendations.
• Respond to product enquiries and provide catalogues, specifications, datasheets, and technical information.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and sales-related documentation.
• Prepare and follow up on invoices and other sales documents.
• Monitor customer accounts and assist with payment follow-ups when required.
• Support product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up regularly with customers to support sales opportunities and maintain business relationships.
