Indian Restaurant Manager in Dubai

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff hiring and training, inventory management, and budgeting
• Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or concerns promptly
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials that align with customer preferences

This position is located in the vibrant city of Dubai. English is the primary language spoken in Dubai but fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred.
