Indian/Pakistani Executive Chef in Dubai

We are currently seeking an experienced Indian/Pakistani Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that high-quality, authentic Indian/Pakistani cuisine is consistently delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a menu that reflects the authentic flavors and dishes of India/Pakistan
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget targets
• Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Collaborate with management on creating new menu items and promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume Indian/Pakistani restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of Indian/Pakistani cuisine, including regional specialties and traditional cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team
• Proven track record of meeting financial targets through effective cost control measures
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
• Valid work visa for Dubai (sponsorship available for the right candidate)
